We all know about Salman Khan’s foundation ‘Being Human’ which was started in the year 2007. Let’s know why the NGO ‘Being Human’ has been blacklisted by the BMC. The NGO has not set up concessional dialysis units in Bandra in spite of being allotted the project a year back. A show cause notice has been issued by BMC to Salman Khan’s NGO and all the deposits from the NGO have been forfeited.

In December 2016, the BMC had chosen to begin 12 dialysis units which could perform up to 10,000 procedures every month. The community body picked Being Human establishment as one of the dialysis centres in Bandra. The establishment should set up 24 dialysis machines. Be that as it may, Being Human neglected to do as such and due to which a show cause notice was issued to them.

As per reports, Idez Kundan, who is the Additional Municipal Commissioner in charge of health stated that Being Human paid the bank guarantee and was granted all the permissions to go ahead with the project, after being shortlisted for setting up the dialysis centres. But as the NGO failed to do so after a year gap, BMC issued a show cause notice and blacklisted the NGO.
