Salman Khan convicted for 1998 blackbuck killing

Salman Khan is convicted of a crime which he committed 20 years ago. On 5th April 2018, Jodhpur court finally presented the closing judgment on 1998 blackbuck killing case. Salman Khan was shooting for his movie “Hum Sath Sath Hai” at that time with the co-actors, Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam, and Tabu. Those co-actors have been acquitted from the case.

Another personality, Mr. Dushyant Singh, who were the local person from that area, just a businessman has also been vindicated.





Chief Judicial Magistrate Dev Kumar Khatri, while declaring the verdict in the lawsuit that had been moving for 20 years, called the Salman Khan a ‘habitual offender’. Judge Khatri ordered that consequently the actor has been sentenced, while the others co-actors have been granted the privilege of the doubt.

The quantum of sentence in the repository for the Star Salman Khan will be announced. Evidence on the penalty is undertaken, with Salman’s lawyers contending for probation.

The sentenced has been announced, and Salman Khas has to serve the five years in prison, as he meets charges following Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act. The other artists were imposed under Section 51 with Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the IPC.
